But, it can be challenging to ensure that every certificate gets validated over the phone.
We are pleased to announce that we’ve made a new update to our mobile applications and mobile website that will make your life easier and improve customer experience at the same time. When a customer presents his or her certificate on a mobile phone, you now have the ability to validate it with just the touch of a button!
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. A customer will present the certificate to the server on their mobile device
2. The server will push the green “Validate Now” button
3. Validation is complete. A survey email will be sent to the customer, and the data from their dining experience will be stored in your Restaurant Management Center
