What do Anthony Bourdain, frozen yogurt, deep fryers and Restaurant.com have in common?  All participated in this year’s National Restaurant Association Show at McCormick Place from May 18-21! It’s a refrain that’s becoming as familiar as the melodic ring of an iPhone: “your restaurant needs a mobile presence!”   While you may be growing tired of hearing it, it’s true.  Custom market research firm Chadwick Martin Bailey recently found that 81 percent of smartphone-owning consumers search for restaurants through mobile apps.  An even more telling number?  Seventy-five percent make dining decisions based on those search results
